- The ideal ORION ERP Sales / Business Development candidate must have great communication skills & and a real passion for Sales.
- You will be supported by a dedicated marketing team, presales team and work alongside solutions architects too.
- Current Knowledge of ORION ERP & related offering are a definite plus for this position

BDM / ERP Sales
Primarily responsible for IT consulting/staffing sales and new business development
Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in Business Development/ Staffing Sales.
Capable of developing lead generation strategies and marketing plans for new accounts/ clients.
Managing pool of resources and growing the portfolio ,marketing bench candidates and placing them
Should be able to partner with Prime Vendors / Alliances/ Channels and work with partners
Must have knowledge of full life cycle Sales process on both the client and candidate side.Must be a self-motivated team player and possess high levels of integrity
Masters and maintains detailed knowledge of client’s business, competition, and latest industry news and trends.
Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills
